Fixed Price Web Sites

With this offer you have a clear overview of the costs right form the start. For a fixed price of 875,- € * you can get your own Web site. The Web site will be based on a fixed layout, but with an individualised design.

The Details:

• The Web site includes 6 pages max. (e.g. the start page, a contact page and four content pages). For additional 35,- € * per page you can get up to 10 pages.
• Your company logo can be integrated into the layout.
• Each page can include a text of 3,000 characters (that is about one page, A4 or letter format, in MS Word, using Verdana, 12 pt, single spaced).
• Each page can contain two images (max. size 250 x 250 px) with your text.
  
• I can also scan images for you (additional 27,50 € * per image).
• Your Web site looks great on screen, and the back-end coding is done using the up-to-date standards for XHTML and CSS.
• If you don't have your own Web address (URL) yet I can help you find an suitable Internet provider.

Drawbacks

To be honest: this offers has some drawbacks. There is a variety of ways to adjust the given 2-column layout, but it does not offer the full freedom of a design without any limits. Much can be done, but not everything. On the other hand it is inexpensive. And you still get your own "look" - within the means.

Basic-Layout and Design

The basic layout consist of two columns and a head area. The left hand column can be used to place the navigation menu and your contact details. The wider column on the right half of the screen contains the content of your Web site. The head area of the page can hold for example your company logo and name.

Design

Probably you don't want your Web site's look & feel to be quite as simple as in the sample page. Thereforethe development of an individualized design is included in the price. For example the background pattern or colour can be change or the look can be tweaked according to your ideas by adding photos to the head area. And of course the whole colour scheme and the width and positions of the columns can be changed.

In 5 Steps to your Web site:

1. You decide what you want to achieve with your Web site and who you want to reach. That helps to develop a design layout and choosing the contents.
   
2. Now we talk about the details.
   
3. You assemble the contents (text, images, your logo) in digital form. If anything isn't digitalized yet, get in touch with me. We will find a way to get this done, too.
   
4. I will develop the design layout for your Web site.
   
5. I start to realise the Web site (usually within 2-3 weeks). And then your Web site goes online!
